Southwestern Black Bean Wrap - Restaurant Taste...Made In YOUR Kitchen!
Today as I was eating my Southwestern Black Bean Wrap I felt as if I was sitting in a fun, local, trendy restaurant eating. That is how good my wrap tasted. It started with me just wanting to make a chicken wrap then I decided to throw in some cheese and avocado and then I was reminded that I had left over dip. Not just any dip...Michelle's Dip. To make this Southwestern Black Bean Wrap you must first make a previous recipe of mine...Michelle's Dip - Southwestern Black Bean Dip
The recipe was all coming together in my mind and I was getting so excited to create my lunch.
Southwestern Black Bean Wrap
shredded chicken - Add however much you want. (today I used Swanson Chunk Chicken and just shredded the chicken but leftover chicken is a great option too.).
shredded cheese
1 sliced avocado (I used about 1/4 - 1/2 in my wrap)
1 burrito wrap
couple spoons full of Michelle's Dip (this is where all the black beans, tomatoes, corn, cumin, cayenne, red onion & cilantro is found)
dash of pepper
I did I first placed my burrito wrap on my plate and added my shredded chicken. I then popped it in the microwave for 15 seconds just to soften the wrap plus to warm the chicken a little. Then add you cheese, avocado, pepper and Michelle's Dip. I also added Hot spicy sauce (the hotter the better!) Roll up your wrap and Enjoy!!!
Other ingredients you could add 1 or more of:
black or green olives
jalapenos
peppers
hamburger or steak
