I decided since Grace had such a rough day today (and because muffins sounded SO good) we would spend some time together baking or going to the park. She was super excited when she heard baking so that is what we did. Tonight we made the easy quick Betty Crocker Pouch Muffin Mix. Man, what would we do without Better Crocker?
YUM! We went for Blueberry & Chocolate Chip Muffins. If you could only smell my kitchen. I love these little packs. So quick and easy. Just add 1/2 cup water, mix batter and fill muffin cups. So easy when you want something simple. Plus, they taste awesome & they have Box Tops!!
